Cleansing the Dark Orb
~Eighth Moon, Ninteenth Sun, Fourty-Second Year of Yuri~
A vision which suddenly hit the Diviners after forging this Dark Orb somehow instructed them to give it to the Muses, asking us for a way to cleanse it, so its purpose could be visible to the mind's eye. It was given to Muse Palamon, Master Historian of Nagnang, who delivered it to me promptly.
I began to analyze the orb, late last night, working well into the morning hours. I could find nothing, and today I continued my research. It is almost like a crystal ball covered in ink, so dark does the murky visage run through this perfect sphere. However, as others gathered with Revelle and I, to try and unlock the mystery of this orb, a strain of idle humming from my lips caused the orb to glow mysteriously.
Suddenly, it hit me! Of course! A song of purity exists within the archaic texts of Book Zero, the complete chronicles of our finest rituals. Luckily, this is one of the rituals that has been translated, and Girl had no trouble finding it within our archives!
Now, the Muses must get to work to make this powerful vision clear to all. Tomorrow night, as the sun sets over the Kingdom of Winds, we will hold a Choral concert in the kingdom of Koguryo, to purify the darkened orb. With it, we hope to see a sparkling vision of what it may contain... our future.
